By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WeHashFit.

WeHashFit is a fitness accountability platform. Features include workout logging, coaching, leaderboards, habit tracking, and nutrition logging.

WeHashFit requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each period
• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
• Trial periods convert to paid automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds: contact support@wehashfit.com within 7 days of charge for consideration

Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

You may not share accounts or create accounts for others without consent.

WeHashFit is not a medical service. Content on WeHashFit including workout plans, nutrition information, and calorie estimates is for informational purposes only.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Calorie and nutrition estimates are approximations based on general guidelines. Individual needs vary significantly.

Coaches on WeHashFit are independent users who self-register on the platform.

WeHashFit does not:

• Verify coaching qualifications, certifications, or credentials
• Conduct background checks on coaches
• Endorse or recommend any coach
• Guarantee the accuracy of any information coaches provide about themselves

You are solely responsible for evaluating any coach you choose to engage with, including verifying their qualifications, experience, and suitability for your needs.

Before beginning any exercise or nutrition program with a coach, we recommend independently verifying their credentials with the relevant accrediting body.

WeHashFit is not liable for any outcomes arising from your engagement with a coach found through the platform.

You own the content you create on WeHashFit (workouts, posts, programs).

By posting publicly, you grant WeHashFit a licence to display that content to other users as part of the service.

You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' privacy.

You may not:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Harass other users
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use WeHashFit for commercial solicitation without permission

Violations may result in account termination.

WeHashFit Pty Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. This includes:

• The WeHashFit and WE#FIT brand, logo, and trade marks
• All workout programs and exercise content
• The XP, ranking, and gamification system
• The accountability and coaching methodology
• All software code, architecture, and design
• The athlete card and visual identity system

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use WeHashFit's intellectual property except as expressly permitted herein.

General Prohibition

You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, scripts, or any artificial intelligence systems to access, collect, copy, index, or store any content, data, or materials from WeHashFit without our express written consent.

AI Training Prohibition

You may not use any content, data, code, design, user interface elements, workout programs, exercise content, or other materials from WeHashFit for the purposes of:

• Training, fine-tuning, or improving any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
• Generating synthetic data based on WeHashFit content
• Building competing products or services using WeHashFit's proprietary content or methodology

Reverse Engineering Prohibition

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of WeHashFit's mobile applications or web platform
• Attempt to extract or reproduce WeHashFit's XP system, ranking algorithm, or proprietary methodology
• Use tools designed to intercept or capture network traffic between the WeHashFit application and its servers

API Access

WeHashFit does not offer a public API. Any access to WeHashFit's backend services or data infrastructure outside of the official WeHashFit application is strictly prohibited and may constitute unauthorised computer access under applicable law.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and other applicable laws. Report violations to legal@wehashfit.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeHashFit is not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance.
